Free 1 hour Intro Kiteboarding Lesson on Ekebergsletta! After the first free hour, you can, if you wish, continue with next lesson, paying kr 100,- per hour. Kite & equipment rental included in this price! |

Kids 6 - 12 y.o. should come together with parents or some other adults.
It is recommended that all children age 6 - 17 come together with parents or with friends. They may need help. Friends, parents or other people who come only as helpers do not need to participate on the course and do not need to pay course fee. |

Boys and girls, as young as 5 years old can enjoy and safely learn kiting techniques!

Trainer foil kites: 1 - 4 m2 Traction foil kites: 4 - 12 m2 Helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, glows. |
Theoretical and practical kiting Safety, wind window. Introduction to kiting theory. Kiting with trainer foil kites. Kiting with traction foil kites from 4 - 12 m2 Participants will receive good introduction to kiting theory. |
3 hours Intermediate 1

What is needed on all courses?Good warm clothes, preferably clothes that can get dirty. Food and a lot of water or tee for drinking.
